With a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and 6+ years of agency-side commercial experience in qualitative research, I specialize in uncovering the nuance in user interactions, articulating key insights that are both meaningful and actionable.

Via an intermediary agency, I have worked with leading global brands (LEGO Group, Maersk, Booking.com, MasterCard, Velux, Pandora etc.) delivering high-impact qualitative analysis.
